At the traditional okinawan grocery store,there
sold "boiled fish paste"daily. A roaf of those fish paste are just like meat roaf. Okinawan styled roaf is a little bit different from the mainlands styled ones. Okinawan fish paste roaf is very heavy and sometimes it's surface is artificially colored with "fire red". Regendly, red fish paste foaf is use for the celebrations. After the ce;ebrations or festivals, red fish paste is ordinaly cutted and used for the material of cooking,and almost all the people cut off the colored part for their health. Neverthless,we would love this heavy colored food forever and nothing would be replaced with this "fire red". |

The days in Fall & Winter are the best
for camping in Okinawa. The sunshine is very mild with the gentle breeze.No daubt,this is the best season for sports, read the books,and cook out door. Everything we cook is delicious and the night time is also enjoyable with the special feasts and various kind of spirits. Wine,beer and awamori. Next morning,we may get up late and enjoy to cook the special rice gruel with fresh herb. How wonderful holiday.. We could easily charge the energy in this way. |

As everybody says,one of the NYC's best is
PIZZA.I always want rushing to pizza
stand
immediately when I arrive at JFK airport. PIZZA is not only a snack. If we choose vegetables and meats perfectly on the top,PIZZA worth to be tha great meal with fresh juice or soup. I also like to cook PIZZA myself.Taste is so so,but it's very enjoyable choosing ingredients which I like.Here in Okinawa,everyday is sultry so it is easy to does ferment. I'm gonna feel like cook PIZZA,and eat it! |

Here comes the beautiful fall season after
the terrible hot summse. One of the enjoyable things in these season is, going Spa. An open air bath must be the best favorites for every people. After taking a sauna, the taste of a bottle of beer must take us to the paradise! After all, in this way, we are drinking every season. |

All the people want to have fun at night. This must be so exsiting that the friends get together playing at the cozy playground in the moon light. The winds are gentle and the everybody laughing.Sometimes heared the sound of the sea. People are living for enjoying Happy Life. No one wants to fight.Everybody could be nice to each other in a happy hour.. "I am happy if everyone happy" Wasn't it from GOD FATHER?(joking) |

When I was a child, there lived the old lady
who had collected a lot of antique
bisque
dolls in my neighborhood.I sometimes
visited
her house and always attacted with
the room
filled with bieautiful dolls and the
smell
of silk satin they were wearing. One day,I found a "clown"doll within them.His face was very funny,but his eyes looked contain lonliness. Suddenly,I felt that I couldn't stay in the room anymore and went back home. At the door,the lady gave me a box of candies. I said"thank you" to the lady and forgot the eyes of "clown"doll because of the hapiness holding the beautiful candy box. |

A seasonal rainfront is now on Okinawa,but
it seems no rain at all.Water shortage
may
be worried.. Anyway,joyful summer season will be coming soon.Day time is getting longer,people feel like drink through the nights in such a enjoyable season. Although, we have to take care of our health for living long,don't we? We could enjoy one beer with beautiful sun sets,Stop drinking so long and go back home early.We're sure this is the best way and the secret of longevity. |

We can find the old,black iron worked emergency
ladders and fence set on the buildings'window
around Manhattan,NYC. There are so many movies using those ladders as the effective tools.Man sometimes propose to the woman over the iron fence.Or in the action movie,the man chased by somebody often run away using those ladders. Sometimes,unfortunately,the man hold the broken bar of the ladder,fall toward the grownd on the movie. In my usual hotel in Manhattan, the room is facing the beauriful courtyard.There is a old landing and the ladder outside of the hotel room window. I can view the flowers and trees over the fence.It's very romantic.. Anyway,nobody come up the ladders for proposing me at all,as you know. |
